Maintenance, Repair & Consulting/Design Services
• Remedial technical services (system maintenance & repairs) are billed at our prevailing rate of $50/hour with a one-hour minimum.
• Technology Consulting and Database Design / Development services are billed at our prevailing rate of $75/hour, with a half-day (4-hour) minimum. This rate is frequently discounted for extended term database development projects.
• Clients in our LOCAL service area are not billed for travel time/expenses:

• All others are billed actual travel time & expenses (parking, tolls, etc.). When multiple services of varying rates are combined in a single visit, travel is billed at the lowest rate.
• Full payment is due upon completion, resulting in a 10% discount.
• Repeat customers in good standing and those engaged in an extended term database design project may also pre-arrange Net 5 (2% discount) or Net 15 (no discount) payment terms.
